Junebugg Creations wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns for a refund or merchandise credit under the following terms:

3. The Return Process

2. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or shipped in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. 
3. Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

4. Refunds
